One of the few photographs I took while in Turkey this month. The light there, especially in the evening was absolutely beautiful; a photographer’s dream! Unfortunately I didn’t make the most of it as it was a family holiday.

Taken today while out on a mini-photography trip with Tom Holmes and Gary Eddlestone. This was taken near Janet’s Foss, about 15 miles from Skipton. Credit to Tom who actually ‘spotted’ the shot first.

Today was the annual TalkPhotography North West meet. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t make it. I was still in the mood to take some photographs so popped to Pennington Flash (a local nature reserve) with another fellow photographer, Gaz Eddleston, to wait for the sun set. We spotted some rather interesting debris by the waters edge.
