I took this a month or two ago, under a subway near me in Bury, Lancashire.
I went past twice (I think I took this on the first run). He didn’t spot me, and I just happily snapped away waiting for the subway to empty of people passing by. The second time he held his hand up in insistence. I just explained I was taking shots of the subway, and he was OK, and he was happy for me to carry on.
I’ve tried to emulate a ‘look’ I’ve seen around the net, in Photoshop, but I believe I’ve failed unfortunately. Back to the drawing board with that idea.
On a lighter note I’m still quite pleased with the image. I realise the foreground should be a little darker or lighter, but the chap blends in too much unfortunately.
