My daughter has just come home from a friend’s birthday ‘pamper’ party where they all had their hair, nails and makeup done.
I took the opportunity to rattle off a few frames before she has to return to normality for high school tomorrow.
I’m not a big fan of heavily photoshopped portraits with super smooth unblemished, tango coloured skin, on a size zero female.
I’ve literally made some contrast changes and lifted the eyes ever so gently, and removed one or two spots that are appearing. Hover over the shot for the original.
Not much thought went into the shot except for location (living room), choice of lens (70-200 F4L), lighting (bounced flash) FEC (+ 2/3 IIRC), and a little editing.
